'Brand New Day' is about acknowledging how quickly time flies and that it is nothing to be afraid of, because it's just the natural order of things. Of course the desire to remain young and beautiful is understandable but it is more important to appreciate every stage of life with all its gifts and blessings, as well as it's downsides. We gain our wisdom through our unique experiences, adventures, challenges, traumas... and we need to remember to appreciate it. We can always be sure that there will be another day, a brand new day of life, and the sun will rise whether we're here or not...
